Make A Ride Share App Using Pusher and React Native
You are invited to join The Assembly Weekly Workshop at in5 Tech.
Peer-to-peer ridesharing apps like Uber have become ubiquitous in the past few years. In this workshop, we'll recreate their process flow, focusing on the real-time location matching and tracking between drivers and passengers. We'll also test the working using location emulators.
For this purpose, we'll use:
1. Pusher: An API that allows for secure real-time bidirectional channels between web and mobile apps using WebSockets.
2. React Native: A cross platform framework for building native mobile apps, created by Facebook for leveraging their popular React.js user interface library.
No special skills are needed. Bring a Laptop
