Main Production Studio is a complement to the Mini Production Studio, offering a larger space to shoot film scenes, conduct interviews for live stream or create product videos. The studio is fitted with industry standard soundproof walls and other equipment required for production purposes.  Additional equipment available at in5 Media can be booked in advance or props can be brought from outside for the production.

Studio Equipment Usage Policy
Clients are advised to bring their own memory media for immediate file handover, as online transfer of large audio or video files may require substantial time and may not be available instantly. If media is retained at in5 for later collection, files will be securely stored for a maximum period of 72 hours, after which all content will be permanently deleted without notice.
To ensure uninterrupted sessions and prevent any potential loss of recorded footage, in5 staff may request a brief pause during recordings to perform routine equipment and battery status checks.

in5 Venue Booking – Terms and Conditions

For all bookings, Terms and Conditions are applicable:


GENERAL TERMS

  1. in5 venues are intended for corporate and professional events only.  Social events such as weddings, birthdays, or entertainment parties are strictly prohibited. Any non-compliant bookings will be cancelled immediately.
  2. Political or religious activities are not permitted on the premises.
  3. The booking period must include time allocated for setup and teardown.
  4. Additional charges apply, on a pro-rata basis, if the venue is used beyond the booked period, subject to availability.
  5. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in the designated space.
  6. Licensees may arrange F&B services through any vendor licensed for takeaway or outdoor catering.
  7. Catering can be arranged through cafés based at in5 Tech (Shades) and in5 Design (C&C).

  9. Pets are not allowed in the designated space.


PERMISSIONS (Must be applied by registered event agency for Commercial Events, Shoots and Ticketed Events)

  2. Shooting Bookings:
    • Permission from the Dubai Film and TV Commission is mandatory and must be submitted prior to the event.
    • The standard rate for shooting is  10,000 for up to 8 hours.
  3. Ticketed Events:


BOOKING CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 30 days or more before event date: 50% of the total fee will be deducted.
  • 8 to 29 days before event date: 75% of the total fee will be deducted.
  • 7 days or less before event date: 100% of the total fee will be deducted.
